The Financial Well-being Evidence Gap Map (FWB-EGM) is a comprehensive overview of relevant literature related to household finance research in India. Designed in a matrix format, the FWB-EGM maps end-to-end findings of papers in a cause-effect manner. The rows in the map are categorized into interventions or household characteristics and columns are categorized into various dimension of financial well-being which are further organized into subcategories. The dual objective of the FWB-EGM is to provide an intuitive map of evidence on different dimensions of financial well-being as well as to highlight gaps in research across various themes which can aid in directing future research priorities. This Evidence Gap Map is an output of the Household Finance Research Initiative at Dvara Research.
